Roderick K. Rinehart
Rod is a partner with 36 years of insurance sales and service experience. He manages the office and specializes in home and auto sales. Rod handles all incoming calls, claims and insurance related questions.
He is graduate of Vincennes University with a degree in Business Administration.
Janet L. Crenshaw
Our marketing manager Janet, first met Rayford at Ball State University. They were college sweethearts and continue to work well together. Her education and degree in Advertising Sales and Marketing has provided her with a lifelong career in insurance, spanning 30 years. In her spare time she loves the performing arts and travel.
R. Justin Crenshaw
Justin comes to the agency with eight years of sales and customer service experience with outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Dedicated to customer satisfaction, he has cultivated many positive and enduring relationships with policyholders. Justin is a Carmel High School graduate, attended Vincennes University, and is a veteran of the United States Air Force.
